Acting as both Construction Managers and General Contractors, while working closely with the owner and architect, Columbus completed an exterior face-lift as well as upgrades to the site work and common elements of these Southwest Philadelphia Shopping Centers. Columbus’ work will enhance the overall center aesthetics, helping the owner in attracting more favorable top credit tenants.

Work included major structural alterations and renovations to accommodate the expansion of leasable space. The maintenance and remodeling of this urban shopping center is an ongoing project for the owner and Columbus.
