This project involved the combination of two unfinished condominium units into a grand residence high above Washington Square West for a Philadelphia family. The combined units featured three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a custom kitchen, and a luxurious wine bar. Columbus handled general construction and led all trade work throughout the space, including complete wiring and lighting, additional HVAC units, and full finishes throughout, from strand bamboo floors to marble baths.
